Since a child I have been obsessed with stationery. Anything from pencils and rulers, notebooks….especially notebooks….and writing sets caught my eye like a magpie spotting its shiny prey. My excitement at discovering new, well-designed stationery has never disappeared and now I’ve discovered something that can give me a quick stationery fix without breaking the bank.
When washi tape arrived on the scene, it quickly became a crafter’s favourite. It’s perfect for a huge range of crafts including scrapbooking, home decor, upcycling and of course cardmaking. And it’s such great value with rolls lasting ages and costing just a few pounds, often less.
I used a variety of Dovecraft Christmas washi tapes to create three quick Christmas cards and you can find out how to make a festive favourite in this video.
You can find an alternative washi card tutorial here in my Trimcraft Project Gallery.
