Dovecraft Time to Sparkle papercraft collection

Friday night – it’s time to sparkle

Dovecraft Time to Sparkle embellishmentsSet your alarms for 7pm this Friday evening. The time has come to reveal my favourite range from the 2017 Trimcraft Christmas collection.

Now, that is saying A LOT! I love them all so it’s a huge claim to pick out just one as my favourite, but in fact we don’t just have one collection, but two kits from this wonderfully glamorous Time to Sparkle range.

And that’s not all either. Joining these glitzy collections will be a kit designed by the hugely talented Helz Cuppleditch. I urge you to watch Create and Craft TV at 7pm, and to also read on and discover more!

Snowflake Time to Sparkle Front Fold shaker card

I have been waiting to showcase this kit for some time now but I am happy to say we’ve saved the best festive launch for last.

Time to Sparkle Dimensional stickers

In the first kit will be fabulous papers, with glitter and gold foil effects, in 12×12 and 6×6 size plus two sets of amazing stamps that will be a great addition to your long-term craft stash.

There are thick, dimensional stickers, sentiment toppers, gold and black sequins, wooden stags and snowflakes and glitter enamel dots, perfect for finishing touches.

I can’t wait to show you each of the papers, some of which have the foil and glitter effects that really make this kit stand out. I am having trouble deciding which demos to prepare as I have so many ideas in my head. Here are a few of the sample cards I have made so far. The top right background was created by repeatedly stamping the snowflake stamp and heat embossing with pearl powders. The top left card uses washi tape as a background and the pane card is made with the packaging!

In the second kit, described as a scrapbookers’ kit but perfect for so much more besides, there will be an 8×8 paper pad, three washi tapes, chunky glitter pegs, photo corners, snowflake brads, bulldog clips, plus the enamel dots and sentiment stickers from the frst kit.

When making the samples for the show, I was also in the midst of making samples for the other Christmas shows so my little craft room was like the elves’ grotto, a hive of activity and speed crafting aplenty! It’s a huge testament to this kit that in three hours I crafted six scrapbook layouts, including soucrcing and printing the photos. They may not be the most sophisticated layouts, but they work!

You will notice that I managed to create layouts for Hallowe’en, nature themed layouts and one with a picture of my baby boy – a few years ago now – using the front cover of the pad!

I am sure now, you can see why I think this is my favourite range. It is so versatile, there are just so many occasions it will be perfect for. Weddings and anniversaries, male cards, new year decorarations, glamorous birthday cards, even sympathy cards can be made tastefully with some of these papers and embellishments.

But that’s not all. Oh no!

Alongside these two kits will be the adorable Helz Cuppleditch Wonderland collection. I am so excited to see all of my samples cards displayed on the set (plus some of Claire’s and Maxine’s – our marketing manager and craft coordinator). Claire claims to have made her favourite ever card using this collection and she’s crafted a lot of cards in her time! She also made the paper chains that will be on display! They’re all  going to look amazing so I hope you get chance to tune in and even grab yourself a set from this wonderful collection.

The kit available on the show will contain a 12 x 12 paper pack with adorable characters and beautiful imagery, some with glitter effects. There will be a decoupage pad with eight different designs, and there are three copies of each design which feature cute penguins, polar bears and snowmen having fun in the snow. The colourful illustrations and sweet scenery are the perfect way to add dimension to your seasonal crafts.

There is a large clear stamp, photo frames, stickers, mini pegs, mini bows, gems and even pom pom ribbon!

If you’ve never tuned in to Create & Craft TV before then now is absolutely the time to start! There will be savings on recommended retail prices, payment options and even better discounts if you become a club member.

You can watch anywhere in the world via the web site – http://www.createandcraft.com. View the TV Schedule (top right of the screen) and choose 7pm from the planner. Wow, Kathy. Your samples are always really inspirational, I like how you do some which are simple and easy to emulate, and some which are much more complex.

These papers are stunning, what a gorgeous range. I really can’t justify more spending this month and I’m so tempted! A little bit of me is rueing some of my recent purchases (if we didn’t need food I’d have so much more money for toys…)

It’s so hard isn’t it! I’m a little sad that these two are the last Christmas launches as I think maybe a lot of people will already have bought their Christmas stash!
Thank you for being so kind about my samples; they’re often simple because I have so many to make in a short amount of time!! And a lot of the time I have loads of ideas so can’t get them made quick enough for my liking!!
